Arada Bet Terms and Conditions

Bet Arada Sport & Entertainment PLC is a legally registered entity in Ethiopia, based in Addis Ababa, Yeka 08, House No. 695/203. The company operates under Tax Identification Number 0086896252 and is licensed to provide sports wagering services in accordance with the Sports Betting Licensing Directive No. 172/2013, under License No. 021/2016.

Arada Bet Terms and Conditions outline the binding rules governing the relationship between the player (user) and the operator (the company). Failure to read or understand these Terms does not exempt a player from compliance or void any placed bets.

1. General Provisions

This agreement defines the contractual terms governing the engagement between you, the user, and the company upon registration or participation. These terms extend to all formats and devices used to access our platform, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You must agree to these terms during account registration and they will remain applicable throughout your use of our services.

The company maintains the authority to reject account applications or restrict participation at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide justification.

We also reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We aim to inform users of significant modifications, but it remains your responsibility to stay informed. If you do not agree with any changes, you may terminate your account by contacting our support team. A response will be issued within 48 hours, and provided there is no evidence of fraudulent activity, your remaining balance will be refunded within 48 hours of confirmation. In case of detected fraud, the account will be blocked and funds may be withheld or returned accordingly.

The company will uphold your data privacy as per our privacy policy and endeavors to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. However, we are not liable for any data loss caused by technical issues, third-party service providers, or other factors outside our control.

By using our platform or placing any bets, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any related game-specific rules. You also consent to the company’s use of your data for marketing research, customer feedback, service improvement, and promotional activities related to our products or those of our partners.

The company is not responsible for disruptions resulting from external events such as labor strikes, political unrest, armed conflict, natural calamities, cyberattacks, or other force majeure circumstances that could hinder access to services or result in data loss.

2. Account Regulations

To create an account, users must be of legal age and complete the registration personally. Age verification must be accurate and is subject to confirmation. The company may request identity verification at any point and suspend the account until satisfactory documentation is provided. The user’s name must align with the details provided at registration and match the associated mobile phone number. Any discrepancies may result in account suspension, pending investigation.

Accounts found to be owned by minors will be permanently deactivated, and all funds forfeited. In such cases, we will notify the authorities for further action. The company reserves the right to suspend or impose limitations on accounts during the verification process.

Violation of account rules may result in account closure and seizure of funds. Where necessary, we will report suspicious behavior to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies. All account activities must comply with Ethiopian laws and any applicable international standards.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: 5 ETB
• Minimum Withdrawal: 50 ETB
• Maximum Deposit: Unlimited
• Maximum Withdrawal (Daily): 150,000 ETB

Accessible Withdrawal Amount (AWA)

The amount eligible for withdrawal is determined through the following transaction flow:

1. Deposit
2. Place Bet
3. Win
4. Request Withdrawal.

If a player wins a jackpot, they must withdraw their prize in portions. The maximum withdrawal limit per calendar month is 20,000,000 ETB. The company reserves the right to assign individualized withdrawal caps based on user activity.

4. Offers, Bonuses, and Promotions

All promotional offers are restricted to one per user, per payment account. The company reserves the exclusive right to revoke or withhold promotional access from any user, at any time, for any reason.

Promotions are only accessible to users who have completed a successful deposit using real money. In cases where bonus misuse is suspected — including but not limited to guaranteed profit schemes using bonuses, enhanced odds, or free bets — the company has the right to:

• Cancel or reclaim bonuses
• Adjust odds retroactively
• Nullify affected bets
• Revoke any promotional advantages.

Additionally, users may be charged an administration fee equivalent to the promotional value misused. Before issuing bonuses or promotional credits, the company may request identity verification documentation. The terms and availability of promotions are subject to change or cancellation at the company’s discretion.
